Welcome to the 12 Tiny Things Meditation Series. We’re glad you are here. Taking time out of your day to sit mindfully can reduce stress, increase calm, and improve sleep. To practice, all you need to do is breathe and notice you are breathing. Join us as we invite a bit more quiet calm and deepened awareness into our lives.
This meditation on sensuality helps us move from our center. Sensuality is all about claiming, embracing, naming and celebrating what your animal body really wants. Practicing sensuality is acknowledging our desire for beauty, decadence and intimacy and pursuing it joyfully. It can help to find some inner quiet so that our true desire can find its voice.
