Welcome to the 12 Tiny Things Meditation Series. We’re glad you are here. Taking time out of your day to sit mindfully can reduce stress, increase calm, and improve sleep. To practice, all you need to do is breathe and notice you are breathing. Join us as we invite a bit more quiet calm and deepened awareness into our lives.


So often, we long for more space. We overfill our schedules, our drawers, our garage, our to-do lists and our lives, hoping more will make us feel like we are enough. Creating space in our minds and bodies through stillness and quiet and lack of clinging can encourage more space in our lives, too.
