Meditation 7: Mindful Walking

Welcome to the 12 Tiny Things Meditation Series. We’re glad you are here. Taking time out of your day to sit mindfully can reduce stress, increase calm, and improve sleep. To practice, all you need to do is breathe and notice you are breathing. Join us as we invite a bit more quiet calm and deepened awareness into our lives.


Some people resist meditation because they feel restricted by sitting. Walking can be meditative, too. So often we are in such a hurry that we forget to enjoy the journey. We forget to look around and realize that we are walking. We walk to get from one place to another, but where are we in between?
