Meditation 6: Grounding

Welcome to the 12 Tiny Things Meditation Series. We’re glad you are here. Taking time out of your day to sit mindfully can reduce stress, increase calm, and improve sleep. To practice, all you need to do is breathe and notice you are breathing. Join us as we invite a bit more quiet calm and deepened awareness into our lives.


The work we do here is not creating anything new, but rather it is coming back to ourselves and tending to the roots that are already present. This standing meditation helps find a deepened sense of grounding that you can bring into your day to cultivate a sense of rootedness for life on the go.
