Invitation to enough: Say no to something
When we think we can do everything, we somehow own the sense that we have to do everything. But instead of being more, we fade and disappear.
By subverting the pressure for more, and denying the instinct to exist and take root in the foreground, we can reclaim the fertile, thriving garden of enough that lies within at the heart of nothingness. Often, carving out more space in our closets, our calendars and our lives is saying yes to our truest selves.
Celebrate a sense of enough by intentionally saying no to one thing, whether it be a calendar item, a piece of clothing or a self-deprecating thought. There is power, peace and potential in the space created.
