Meditation is a wonderful tool to awaken, find our roots, and build a more intentional life. Sitting and simply being still in our breath can quiet the self-critical voice in our head and create space to reflect and rest. This meditation is a simple body scan to bring quiet and calm to your body. A relaxed body can shift our mindset and mood as we move through our day.
