Meditation 1: Simply Sit

Welcome to the 12 Tiny Things Meditation Series. We’re glad you are here. Taking time out of your day to sit mindfully can reduce stress, increase calm, and improve sleep. To practice, all you need to do is breathe and notice you are breathing. Join us as we invite a bit more quiet calm and deepened awareness into our lives.


This simple breathing meditation is a great place to start. We gently lead you through noticing your inhales and exhales. Your breath is a tool always available to you. Noticing your breath invites you back to your body and the present moment and reminds you of your inherent worth in stillness. Invite the calm you feel while intentionally breathing to come with you throughout your day.
