Meditation 3: Here & Now

Welcome to the 12 Tiny Things Meditation Series. We’re glad you are here. Taking time out of your day to sit mindfully can reduce stress, increase calm, and improve sleep. To practice, all you need to do is breathe and notice you are breathing. Join us as we invite a bit more quiet calm and deepened awareness into our lives.


Our minds and hearts have a tendency to wander. We can get stuck living in the past or cast our happiness out into the future. This meditation gently invites you to dwell here now. Sitting in the here and now, awake and alive, can train our being to continue to come back to this moment. In the here and now there is compassion, patience and power.
