Invitation to wildness: Step outside for five minutes and make physical contact with nature
Although we often forget, there is wonder and abundance right outside our door. Interacting with nature, even for five minutes a day, reminds us that we are creatures, that we have wildness in our bones.
Creation brings with it awe and healing. It can turn our mood around. Building outside time into our daily routine can help our outlook in all the facets of our lives.
The trees remind us to root and reach. The grass between our toes invites us to be fully present to the moment. If we can remember that nature is our home, then we can become wonder, embodied.
